  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
Bun and Toppings
  • 4 hamburger buns Choose your favorite type of buns.
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles Customize as per your liking.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked to your liking.
  3. If desired, toast hamburger buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Assembly
  1. Assemble your burgers with your choice of toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overwork the meat to keep the burgers tender. Use a meat thermometer to ensure burgers reach at least 160°F (70°C) for safety. Leftover patties can be used in salads or sandwiches.
