- Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
Cooking
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked to your liking.
- If desired, toast hamburger buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
Don’t overwork the meat to keep the burgers tender. Use a meat thermometer to ensure burgers reach at least 160°F (70°C) for safety. Leftover patties can be used in salads or sandwiches.
