Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb ground beef Use 80% lean for best flavor and juiciness.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Serving
  • 4 pieces burger buns
  • Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.) Customize as desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into burger patties.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Serving
  1. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For the best results, don’t overmix the meat and make a small indentation in the center of each patty. You can also store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
