Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape the risen dough into a round loaf and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
- Let it cool before slicing and enjoy!
Notes
To store, keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze in a freezer-safe bag. Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until warm and crisp.
