Main ingredients
  • 4 medium russet potatoes Select uniform-sized potatoes for even cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Rub potatoes with this for a crispy skin.
  • to taste Salt Season to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Season to preference.
  • as desired Toppings of your choice (butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, etc.) Customizable based on personal taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pat them dry and pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
  2. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  3. Cut a slit on top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

Wrap leftover baked potatoes in aluminum foil or place them in an airtight container. They can stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or up to 3 months in the freezer when tightly wrapped.
