  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Toppings of your choice (butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, etc.)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pat them dry and pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
  2. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  3. Cut a slit on top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispiness, place your potatoes directly on the air fryer basket rack instead of in a container. Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into them.
