Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat them dry and pierce each potato several times with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the flesh.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Cut a slit on top of each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, place your potatoes directly on the air fryer basket rack instead of in a container. Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into them.
