  • 4 large eggs
Seasonings and Toppings
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni Or any preferred toppings.

Preparation
  1. Assemble all ingredients on the countertop.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and marinara sauce. Whisk until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
