- In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Microwave on high for about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until the cake has risen and is set in the middle.
- Allow to cool slightly before enjoying!
Notes
Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce, or garnished with fresh strawberries. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days, reheating before serving.
