  • 1/4 cup water Add more if the mixture feels too dry.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Salt is essential for flavor.

  • onion powder Add for flavor.
  • herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary) Customize to your liking.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed seeds and salt. Add any optional spices if desired.
  3. Gradually stir in the water until a thick paste forms. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to help bind the seeds.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet, aiming for about 1/8 inch thickness for even cooking.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center feels firm.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool completely, break into pieces, and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months. To enhance flavor, experiment with various spices and herbs.
