  • 1 cup peanut butter Creamy peanut butter is recommended.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For sweetness; can use alternatives for a sugar-free version.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  2. Melt the mixture in the microwave or on a stovetop until smooth.
  3. Stir in powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate until set, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of sea salt, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of extra melted chocolate for added flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
