Description
Imagine everything you love about a juicy cheeseburger, now tucked into a golden, garlicky biscuit and finished with a shower of Parmesan. These pull-apart wonders hit the sweet spot between comfort food and appetizer magic.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Once the beef is browned and onions are soft, drain the grease.
- Add in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let this cool for a few minutes.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch round.
- Drop a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and top with shredded cheddar.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Set them seam-side down on your baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush it generously over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Don’t overfill the dough to avoid messes. Try adding a pickle slice inside each bomb for extra flavor. You can prep and stuff the bombs, then store in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
