Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

  • Author: Iris
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 bombs 1x

Description

Imagine everything you love about a juicy cheeseburger, now tucked into a golden, garlicky biscuit and finished with a shower of Parmesan. These pull-apart wonders hit the sweet spot between comfort food and appetizer magic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat. Once the beef is browned and onions are soft, drain the grease.
  3. Add in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let this cool for a few minutes.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch round.
  5. Drop a spoonful of beef mixture in the center and top with shredded cheddar.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Set them seam-side down on your baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush it generously over each dough ball.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let them cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Don’t overfill the dough to avoid messes. Try adding a pickle slice inside each bomb for extra flavor. You can prep and stuff the bombs, then store in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
